Description
Introduction:
In this course, you'll learn how to customize symbology in ArcGIS Pro using a variety of techniques that apply to both user-defined layers and those within the CrescentLink geodatabase. We'll cover how to symbolize features uniformly or based on attributes using Single Symbol, Unique Values, and Quantity-based symbology options. You'll also explore how to create and manage multiple symbology configurations on the same feature class to support different analytical needs, all without altering the underlying data. By the end of this course, you’ll understand how to tailor your map’s visual presentation to better support your workflows and enhance data interpretation within your ArcGIS Pro projects.
This course utilizes the CrescentLink for ArcGIS Pro Training Resources dataset, which can be downloaded from the GEOGRAPH Academy Resources page. If you do not already have this dataset, please download it and use the project within that resource file throughout this course.
