Lesson 11: Outage Management & Troubleshooting

Introduction:

This is the stand-alone version of lesson 11 out of 11 in the CrescentLink for ArcGIS Pro Learning Path.

Circuit level tracing is the true test of a network’s connectivity and is one of the most important and fundamental functions of CrescentLink Network Manager. CrescentLink also has many tools that are available for those times when things go wrong in your network as well. In this lesson we’ll go over the various methods for tracing your network, as well as how you can leverage CrescentLink to help mitigate a disaster.

Given that it is a shorter lesson overall, the Overview and Walkthrough modules are combined into a single module, and the Spot the Issue and Exercise modules are combined into a single module as well.

This course utilizes the CrescentLink for ArcGIS Pro Training Resources dataset (Download here).  If you do not already have this dataset, please download it and use the project within throughout this course.
